Welcome. I can help you with short or long term issues. Get in touch to find out more on 07867527688

Life can be difficult. Sometimes it helps to talk to a trained listener.

I understand that life can become overwhelming and full of stress and uncertainty. Certain situations can bring confusion, sadness, anxiety and sometimes despair. As a counsellor I am here to listen and to help you on the path to better mental health.

Through listening, questioning and discussion, we can work together to examine your problems and work to resolve them. The road to better mental health takes dedication and a desire to change. I can help you succeed in dealing with anxiety, depression, bereavement, indecision and much more. Therapy is a two way street and we can work together to sort things out.

I work with private clients from Hambrook, Stoke Bishop, Frenchay, Down End, Bradley Stoke, Winterbourne, Patchway, Almondsbury, Fishponds, Filton and all areas in Bristol and north east Bristol.

At the moment, due to Covid19, I am working solely online. In my experience this is effective and, for some people, easier to start with than face to face work.

I hope you find here the information you are looking for. If you would like further information please do contact me by phone or by email or complete the form on the ‘contact me’ page! I offer short term therapy and also longer term therapy; the choice is yours and will depend on your needs and your situation. Sometimes one session can be all that is needed. Try a session and see if you think I can help you.

Contact me if you are looking for an experienced and accredited member of British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists to offer you safe and confidential counselling or psychotherapy.

Sometimes it's just good to talk and know it will go no further. Are you stuck and need to find a way forward?
